About the role:

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded leader to shape the future of leisure service across Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver a unified commercial vision that increases participation, grows membership income and creates meaningful connections between leisure, health & wellbeing.

You'll lead on developing innovative programmes and commercial initiatives that attract new audiences, improve customer experience and encourage long-term engagement. Working collaboratively, you'll ensure our services are inclusive, accessible and financially sustainable.

A key part of the role will be developing and delivering a Business Plan for Exeter Leisure, using insight, market trends and customer data to drive informed decision-making and achieve ambitious growth targets.
