Salary: £28,998.76 per annum

We are looking for two Senior Support Workers/ Team Leads to join our Worcester team, working across a cluster of three multi-occupancy services located in WR3, WR4 and WR9. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker looking to take the next step in their career, or for an existing leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred support.

The people we support have a range of needs including learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health diagnoses. They lead active, social and fulfilling lives, and we are looking for leaders who can help ensure they continue to have choice, control and opportunities to achieve their goals
