Grade 6, SCP 22 Term Time only + 2 weeks, 40 hours p/w

REQUIRED: November 2026 (with possible handover prior to this)
Hours: We are willing to discuss the application of these hours across the school week with the appointed candidate.

We are looking for an individual that:

possesses the ability to find creative solutions to the operational challenges of the school.
has a working understanding of school finance and administration systems.
The successful candidate will:
be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the business functions of the school, which include finance, procurement, health and safety, human resources and infrastructure.
advise on and implement the day-to-day administrative support that enables the school to operate efficiently and effectively, allowing other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
manage the schoolandrsquo;s financial processes, including Service Level Agreements, the purchase of goods, placing orders and the setting of the Budget through the SAP System in partnership with the designated finance officer.
liaise with external contractors.
support the Head Teacher in preparing information for reporting to the schoolandrsquo;s Governing Body.
be responsible for annual audits/returns, termly CENSUS Returns and all aspects relating to the building.
