Summary

Our client, a reputable franchised dealership in Aberdeen, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their dynamic aftersales team. The Parts Advisor will play a vital part in delivering excellent service to both workshop and retail customers, ensuring accurate parts supply and efficient operations.

Duties:

- Advising customers, both internal and external, on parts requirements as a Parts Advisor

- Processing and managing parts orders accurately and efficiently

- Supporting workshop operations by ensuring timely parts availability

- Maintaining detailed knowledge of manufacturer specifications

- Using DMS and stock management systems to handle parts inventory

- Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

- Assisting with stock management and inventory control as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or in a motor trade parts environment

- Confidence in advising customers about parts requirements

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Proficiency with DMS, stock systems, and Microsoft Office

- Professional approach with a proactive attitude

- Valid UK driving licence preferred
