Summary

Are you an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor seeking a new challenge within a reputable accident repair facility in Manchester? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Accident Repair Centre, is actively recruiting for a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their dedicated workshop team.

This Vehicle Damage Assessor role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a stable environment with clear career progression. The position is workshop-based, requiring hands-on practical estimating experience with no remote working involved.

Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive inspections of damaged vehicles within the workshop

- Accurately assess vehicle damage, estimate repair methods, costs, and timescales

- Produce detailed estimates using Audatex (training provided if necessary)

- Identify and maximise upsell opportunities in line with repair requirements

- Liaise effectively with technicians to ensure repair methods are clear and feasible

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator

- Strong practical skills with a hands-on approach to estimating damage and repair costs

- Audatex experience is preferred but not essential

- High attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Full UK driving licence is essential
