Summary

Our client, a leading automotive retailer in Belfast, is seeking a skilled and qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to further their career within a reputable organisation. Benefits:

- Basic salary up to £38,000, dependent on experience

- OTE of approximately £41,000 with performance-related bonuses

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm), plus 1-in-3 Saturday mornings (8:30am – 12:30pm)

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Repair and service a variety of vehicles to the highest standards

- Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults efficiently

- Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults

- Complete work adhering to DVSA standards and manufacturer guidelines

- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and updates

- Perform all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair in line with health and safety regulations

- Utilise the latest technology and diagnostic tools to complete repairs

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Technology or equivalent; applications from all experience levels are encouraged

- Full UK Driving Licence, as moving vehicles is part of the role

- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- A proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
