Our client, a reputable automotive service centre in Bishop Stortford, Hertfordshire, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their established team. Duties of a Vehicle Technician include:

- Conducting mechanical and electrical repairs across a variety of vehicles

- Diagnosing faults and determining necessary repairs accurately

- Performing routine servicing and maintenance following manufacturer guidelines

- Maintaining detailed and accurate service records

- Working efficiently to meet workshop productivity targets

- Ensuring high standards of quality and customer care at all times

- Collaborating with team members to achieve workshop goals

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester

- Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service

- Full valid driving licence
