Summary
As Night Receptionist at Ibis Styles - Birmingham Centre, you will be
the first friendly face our guests will see when they walk through our doors. You’ll help them check in smoothly, ensuring they have everything they need at the beginning of their stay to make their time with us as enjoyable as possible. You'll share local knowledge whilst maximising revenue and sales through an efficient and courteous service.

WILL I BE DOING? AS RECEPTIONIST YOU'LL...
- Welcome our guests and ensure that they have everything they need for a pleasant stay
- Be part of a team,
able to handle all positive and negative guest feedback and record both
correctly.
- Seize all opportunities to maximise bedroom occupancy and drive hotel revenues
- Be a champion of brand standards
- Anticipate
guests needs wherever possible and promote hospitality within the hotel,
enhancing customer satisfaction.
