Summary
Day to day duties in reception which would include: Greeting and assisting patients, face to face and via telephone to support them to access services and information for their care. Making and amending appointments. Ordering repeat prescriptions. Scanning and filing of all correspondence. Referrals to further care. Liaising with GP/Nurse and clinical professionals.
