Summary

Prior dermatology experience with the ability to perform procedures like biopsies, curettage and simple excisions is desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to cover outpatient inflammatory and USC dermatology clinics, support the day care unit, biologics infusions and day surgery. The successful applicant will join the consultant clinical team for dermatology and the experienced nursing dermatology team in providing Dermatology services. Cardiff and Vale UHB is recognised as a teaching centre of excellence in a wide range of in-house facilities including cryotherapy, PUVA, phototherapy, iontophoresis, photodynamic therapy and topical treatments, patch test service and a dedicated minor ops theatre, Moh's microscopic surgery, biologic service and paediatric service.
