Summary

Management and rehabilitation of falls assessment and education service patients reviewing and progressing exercises, undertake clinical observations as delegated by a qualified health professional e.g. lying and standing blood pressure, repeating outcome measures, referring on and assessing with equipment. These cases are likely to predominantly be in the Cotswolds and Cheltenham localities with flexibility across other areas as required. Have a good awareness of community and voluntary service organisations in order to be able to network and signpost on appropriately. As a Health and Exercise Practitioner, you will receive direct supervision with a clinical specialist falls physiotherapist and partake in reflective practice / training on a regular basis and be required to meet the Care Certificate standards. All successful applicants will also have the opportunity to attend the physiotherapy assistant in-service training sessions and discuss the prospect of undertaking a Level 3 Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship alongside their substantive post. This apprenticeship would include the Level 3 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare. The Trustis required towork in line with the Governments UK Visa and Immigration Rules and Regulations.
