Summary

A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointee and their clinical manager in line with the Job Planning Guidelines in force in the Trust. Once agreed with the Clinical Manager, job plans are finally signed off by the Medical Director or delegated Associate Medical Director. An indicative job plan for this post is provided below which will normally be re-assessed after 3 months of appointment to ensure it meets the needs of both the applicant and the service. Job plans are reviewed annually, usually following an Appraisal meeting.
