Transport AdministratorLocation: Sutton ColdfieldPay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmDuration: Minimum 8-week assignmentPay: WeeklyWe are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a busy transport operation based in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent temporary opportunity with a minimum 8-week assignment, and full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the transport operation with HGV vehicle servicing schedules.Manage vehicle defect controls and liaise with external suppliers.Monitor and maintain tachograph compliance.Coordinate holiday and sickness records.Arrange agency driver cover for planned holidays and absences.Compile reports using existing spreadsheets and reporting systems.Carry out general administrative duties relating to transport operations.Liaise with driving agencies regarding driver hours.Input FTE hours onto the AS400 system.What We're Looking ForPrevious administration experience, ideally within a transport or logistics environment.Good organisational and communication skills.Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately.A positive, reliable, and proactive approach.What's on Offer£13.00 - £13.50 per hour, depending on experience.Weekly pay.Full training provided.Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am - 5:00pm).Minimum 8-week assignment with the potential for extension.Interested?Click Apply below or call us on 0121 643 8366 for more information.
