TEMPORARY FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER JOB BELGRAVIA | LONDON | GB SALARY: £22 – £25 PER HOUR GROSS (SELF-EMPLOYED) PHS JOB 3580 A distinguished opportunity has arisen for an experienced, energetic, and highly capable Housekeepers to join a beautifully appointed four-storey private residence in the heart of Belgravia, on a temporary summer placement. This exceptional household is set within one of London's most prestigious addresses, and the successful candidates will work alongside an established household team, including a Chauffeur and a private Chef. Working in rotation, the two Housekeepers will maintain the property to an exceptionally high, formal standard throughout, with particular attention required for the arrival of house guests expected from mid-August, staying for approximately 2 weeks. The principal is highly discerning and values calm, capable professionals who require minimal guidance — this is a role for confident, self-sufficient individuals who take genuine pride in maintaining an immaculate home without close supervision. This is initially a two to three month temporary placement, with strong potential for extension depending on the household's evolving needs. The successful candidates will be engaged on a self-employed basis, working in rotating shifts (morning or afternoon). Type: Temporary, Full-Time, Live-Out, Self-Employed (working in rotation) Working Days: Full-time, rotating shift pattern (morning or afternoon shift) Working Hours: 8 hours per shift; 48h/week; 6 days/week Language: English; Tagalog strongly preferred Salary: £22 – £25 per hour gross, self-employed Location: Belgravia, London (SW1X) Household: Principal and daughter in residence, with guests arriving mid-August for approximately two weeks Starting Date: ASAP Duration: 2-3 months The Duties: Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout a four-storey private residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms, and communal areas Working confidently and independently, using initiative and requiring minimal guidance or training Full silver service and the specialist care of fine surfaces and formal tableware Comprehensive wardrobe and garment management, including sorting, hand-washing, and full garment care — not limited to packing and unpacking Preparing the property to an immaculate standard ahead of guest arrivals, particularly from mid-August Working collaboratively in rotation with a second Housekeeper to ensure full daily coverage of the household Liaising professionally with the household's existing team, including the Chauffeur and Chef Maintaining absolute discretion, calm professionalism, and a low-key, unobtrusive presence within the household Minimal Requirements: Significant private household Housekeeping experience, ideally within formal, high-standard residences Comfortable working with minimal supervision and full independence from day one Two excellent, checkable references from previous private household employers Conversational and written English; Tagalog strongly preferred Valid right to work in the United Kingdom Energetic and physically capable of working across a multi-storey property with high ceilings
