The Learning Support team has a unique and exciting opportunity, to conduct psychometric testing that can provide our learner with SEND, the evidence required for exam access arrangements.You will be a highly motivated, extremely organised and dedicated individual working closely with teachers and learners to provide inclusive and challenging support strategies that enable our learners with SEND to maximise their full potential.

A strong team player with a real desire to help young people and adults, you will have previous teaching experience and be qualified to conduct access arrangement assessments. However, the right candidate will be supported to gain a level 7 EAA qualification in the first nine months of your appointment, if you do not hold one already.Essential qualificationsA degree or professional qualificationLevel 5 teaching qualificationLevel 2 English and maths qualificationLevel 7 Exam access arrangement qualification (or achieve within 9 months of starting)All applications must be received by: Sunday 23rd August 2026 Interviews to be held: Tuesday 8th September 2026
