Salary: Up to £45,000+ per year (DOE)

Location: Bromsgrove – Site and factory-based work
Workforce Group are currently working with a well-established Bromsgrove-based engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Electrician to join their growing team.
Our client specialises in the
design, manufacture, supply, and installation of specialist equipment and learning environments for schools, colleges, and educational establishments across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a qualified Electrician to support their electrical installation and project delivery requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician who enjoys a varied role combining
factory-based electrical work, installation projects, and site-based work within schools and colleges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing electrical installations, testing, maintenance, and certification works, ensuring all projects are completed safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must hold a
NICEIC qualification or equivalent recognised accreditation, as they will be required to inspect, test, certify, and sign off completed electrical works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work within factory and educational environments
- Complete electrical installations and project works across schools, colleges, and commercial sites
- Inspect, test, certify, and sign off completed electrical works
- Install electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial works
- Work from electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure all works comply with BS7671 regulations and current health & safety requirements
- Liaise with customers, site teams, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Maintain accurate records, certificates, and reports
- Represent the business professionally when working on customer sites
- Fully qualified Electrician with relevant commercial/industrial experience

- Experience working within commercial, industrial, or educational environments
- Experience working on sites such as schools and colleges would be highly advantageous
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to completion
- Must hold a valid
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
