Summary

Social Care & Education are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team in the Northwich area (CW8 & CW9). We provide high-quality support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs across supported living environments.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and empowering individuals to live as independently as possible. You will:

• Support with day-to-day tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties

• Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in line with individual support plans

• Encourage engagement in community and recreational activities

• Administer medication

• Manage challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner

• Provide consistent emotional and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs
