We are looking for CPI-trained individuals to join our dedicated team in Bootle, supporting adults with mental health challenges and complex behaviours in a supported living setting. What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored support that promotes independence and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Using de-escalation techniques to safely manage behaviours that challenge

• Providing personal care with dignity and sensitivity

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Administering medication and keeping accurate records

• Recognising and responding to triggers calmly and professionally

• Delivering one-to-one support during lone working shifts, following detailed care plans

• Encouraging independence and boosting confidence at every opportunity
