Bank Support Worker at Plas Cae Crwn 

Location: Plas Cae Crwn Care Home - Shaw healthcare, Park St, Newtown SY16 1EW

Salary: £13.67 per hour 

Hours: Bank 0 hour contract - As/When required in service 

Shift Times: (Long day - 07:45 - 20:15) ( Morning - 07:45 - 14:15) (Afternoon - 14:00 - 20:15)

Plas Cae Crwn is situated in a pleasant residential area of Newtown conveniently close to a local bus route, with shops nearby. The relaxed environment means residents feel right at home.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene

  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion

  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties

  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
