Working across a varied caseload, you will investigate and resolve student complaints, academic appeals, and academic and non-academic misconduct cases. This will involve gathering and analysing evidence, meeting with students and staff, conducting research, and preparing clear, well-reasoned reports and recommendations.

You will use your judgement and analytical skills to reach balanced outcomes, while identifying themes and opportunities to improve processes, enhance the student experience, and strengthen practice across the University.
