- Supporting the design and development of bespoke training solutions that meet customer requirements.

- Analysing customer training needs to help define the most appropriate training solutions for both flight and maintenance crews.

- Working with colleagues across the business, including the International Government Business Unit (IGBU) Bids Team and external organisations where required.

- Monitoring progress to ensure bid activities are completed on time and within budget.

- Identifying and recording risks as part of each proposal.

- Providing support and guidance to other areas of the Training department on bid-related activities.

- Helping deliver a high-quality service that meets the needs of customers, stakeholders and the wider business.

- Following company health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and presentation software.

- Experience of financial and business planning, including budgets and programme costs.

- The ability to influence and coordinate teams, even where you have no direct management responsibility.

- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

- A good understanding of company procedures, systems and ways of working.
