Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:00am – 3:00pm

The RoleAs a Maintenance Operative, you will support the day-to-day maintenance of the warehouse and factory, ensuring the site remains safe, organised and fully operational. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with previous maintenance, labouring or DIY experience who enjoys practical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out general maintenance across the warehouse and factory

- Build, repair and paint wooden pallets

- Complete basic welding and fabrication tasks where required

- Undertake general labouring duties across the site

- Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

- Report maintenance issues through the correct channels

- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

- Support other departments with maintenance-related tasks when required

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a maintenance, labouring or warehouse maintenance role

- Confident using hand and power tools

- Experience building or repairing pallets would be advantageous

- Welding and fabrication experience is desirable

- Strong DIY or general maintenance skills

- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting

- Good understanding of health and safety in the workplace

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Good attention to detail

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday

- 6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:00am – 3:00pm

- Temporary to Permanent opportunity

- Monthly pay on the 28th of each month

Pay

- £12.87 per hour
