We are working with a reputable automotive dealership in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, to recruit a highly motivated and professional Car Sales Executive. The successful individual will play a key role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum

- OTE of up to £45,000 with achievable sales targets

- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a dedicated day off during the week

- Saturday work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Sundays on a rota from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction

- Engage with customers to identify their needs and present suitable vehicle options

- Negotiate and close vehicle sales to meet individual and dealership targets

- Upsell additional products and services to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

- Contribute to dealership success through team collaboration and proactive performance

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade preferred

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude

- Full valid UK driving licence

- Proactive, driven, and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
