• 1 FTE– 37hours per week,52weeks per year- Fixed Term until August 2027
• Salary: £32,205-£36,084per annum(Dependent on qualifications and experience)

You will provide guidance on funding rules, quality assurance and audit readiness, ensuring robust systems, accurate data returns and full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on funding protection, quality standards and organisational performance.
Working closely with senior leaders,students,delivery teams, employers and external stakeholders, you will lead audit and inspection activity, oversee internal compliance reviews and drive continuous improvement across University and Professional Development. You will develop policies, procedures and training that embed consistent practice, strengthen data integrity and ensure teams are equipped to meet evolving funding and regulatory expectations.
We are seeking an experienced compliance professional with strong leadership, audit and quality assurance knowledge. You will bring excellent attention to detail,strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while building effective relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
