Summary
Facilitate and co-ordinate work around new ways of working, developing policies, processes and procedures to identify and ensure the scope of each project covers the necessary aspects required for the maximum realisation of benefits. To manage the project risks, maintaining issue and risk logs, including the development of contingency plans under the guidance of the General Manager for RAFT To take part in quality projects and audit ensuring that information is shared to the wider organisation enhancing quality care and patient safety.
