Summary
The Aylesbury CMHT provides high quality care and treatment for people with a wide range of mental health issues across the North Buckinghamshire. The multidisciplinary team incorporates RMNs, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Support Workers, Psychologists, Peer Support Workers, Individual Placement Support Employment workers, Pharmacy Technicians, Research Assistants and Mind Information Officers. We also have an excellent administration team. To work within the CMHT, to undertake all aspects of clinical duties as a senior practitioner within the team. To act as care coordinator/Key worker, working with patients with particularly complex needs. To deputies for the CMHT manager and /or community lead when required.
