Summary

The post holder will be working as part of a busy team of administrators and the role requires a high level of computer and telephone work, with access to a wide range of different systems and information. Processing written referrals onto our clinical system Taking telephone calls from patients and other health care professionals. Dealing with enquiries in a helpful and efficient manner Offering a high level of service to all our patients Working closely with hub triage teams to ensure patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently.
