Front of House Assistant to join our team at
a leading global social media and technology company in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. You'll help create a welcoming experience by providing outstanding food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and customer care.
What you'll do
- Deliver a friendly, professional five-star service to customers and visitors
- Set up and replenish food service counters throughout the day
- Maintain clean, organised and well-stocked dining areas
- Operate tills and complete sales transactions accurately
- Check food deliveries and record temperatures
- Monitor food temperatures during service
- Maintain stock levels and replenish supplies
- Support hospitality events and special functions
- Carry out front of house cleaning duties
- Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve queries where possible
- Support colleagues across different catering areas when required
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures
What you'll bring
- Previous experience within catering, hospitality or customer service
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- A positive, resilient and reliable attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards
Desirable:
- Experience within a premium corporate or five-star hospitality environment
- Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications
