Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable
Labourer to join an active construction project in
Welborne, Fareham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised to assist the smooth running of the project.
Duties will include assisting trades and subcontractors, moving and distributing materials around site, loading and unloading deliveries, keeping work areas tidy, clearing waste and debris, preparing work areas, and carrying out all other associated general labouring tasks as required. The successful candidate will also be expected to follow all site health and safety procedures, use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
Applicants must hold a valid
CSCS Card, have previous experience working as a Labourer on construction sites, and be able to provide recent, relevant work references. Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility clothing, and appropriate protective gear.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team while contributing positively to the overall success of the project.
