- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Support the holistic development of EYFS students, catering to their educational, social, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to ensure each child reaches their full potential
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed of best practices in early years education
- Relevant qualifications in early years education or a related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within the EYFS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail to adapt to the diverse needs of young learners
