Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within theWorkforce AnalyticsTeam atGreater Manchester Mental Health, supporting the effective delivery ofworkforce data and reportingacross the organisation. 

The post holder will report statistical data, monitor and maintain compliance in employment regulations and provide support and guidance toHR colleagues and managers across GMMH.

• Tomaintainthe integrity of workforce systems including ESR, Health Roster and OHIO 

• Tobe aware of data quality issues at all times,taking actionto  

maintain standards 

• To run standard and ad-hoc reports and support the wider digital agenda of information delivery through dashboards and digital tools. 

• Provide workforce information to support data quality audits,  

data cleanses, validationexercisesand reports.
