Summary
• To manage the Care Co-ordination Team, Senior Carers, Support Workers, Senior Support workers.
• To ensure that a high-quality domiciliary care service is provided which meets the needs of individuals and maintains the dignity and independence of individuals.
• To oversee the co-ordination of Domiciliary Care Support Workers across all areas covered by the Organisation.
• To ensure that consistency is maintained within the service.
• To be fully aware of all the Organisations' policies and procedures and ensure that these are always
