As a Catering Assistant / Chiller with ISS UK, you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients, playing a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.​

This important position is ideal for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, builds genuine relationships, and helps create an outstanding experience for everyone who visits the workplace.

The Role

Create a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues while delivering exceptional customer service

Act as a knowledgeable representative, confidently responding to enquiries about the site, facilities and daily operations

Develop a thorough understanding of the workplace and promote key services, facilities and activities

Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues, fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere

Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction while promoting the organisation's culture and values

Deliver food, supplies and requisitions to ward hosts to support the timely service of meals to patients

Clean and maintain delivery, storage and service areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and organisation

About You

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences

A friendly, approachable and professional manner, with the confidence to engage with a wide range of people

Strong teamwork skills, together with the ability to work independently and use initiative

A proactive and supportive attitude, with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment

Capable of lifting and moving items while maintaining high standards of safety and care
