About the role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Lead to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the people we support enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals every day.
You'll lead and inspire a small kitchen team, manage stock and budgets, maintain excellent food safety standards, and work closely with care teams to meet individual dietary and nutritional needs.
What you'll do
Lead, motivate and support kitchen colleagues.
Prepare and oversee the delivery of high-quality meals.
Plan menus that meet dietary, nutritional and cultural requirements.
Manage stock, ordering and kitchen budgets.
Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always maintained.
Create a positive dining experience for the people we support.
Work collaboratively with Home Managers, Nurses and care teams.
