Summary
About the role
The Valley Group is looking to recruit an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality functions.
This is a key management position responsible for maintaining compliance, managing ISO systems, supporting audits and promoting continuous improvement across the business.
Main duties
* Manage the company’s SHEQ systems
* Maintain ISO management systems and certifications
* Lead internal and external audits
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
* Deliver SHEQ training and support continuous improvement
About you
You will have:
* Proven experience as a SHEQ Manager within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of ISO management systems
* Experience leading audits
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive approach to health, safety, environmental and quality management
NEBOSH or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
