Summary

Temporary to permanent position for a Reservations Agent based near Spalding. Working full time Monday - Friday on a 40 hour rotating shift between 8.30am - 6pm. The main duties of this role are to ensure that incoming calls and bookings are dealt with effectively specifically with regard to hotel reservations, travel and conferences..

The successful candidate will have / be able to:

Good written, verbal, listening skills.

Work efficiently as part of a team and support other team members.

Negotiate with clients to ensure realistic budgets and obtain rates to meet clients requirements.

Identify prospective clients and future business development.

Adaptable within the working environment.

Ability to work under pressure.

Using own initiative when required.

Excellent telephone manner.

Candidates will be required to work in different departments which may mean last minute changes to the rota. Training will be provided.
