A relevant Early Years, Childcare or Montessori qualification is essential and previous experience in a nursery setting is preferred for this Early Years Educator position.

This is a permanent position that offers stability, and is to work full time Monday-Friday (3 days will be 8am-4:30pm, and the other 2 days will be 8:30am-6:30pm).

As an Early Years Educator, you are a key part of young children's development and play a crucial role in providing a safe and stimulating environment for learning through play and exploration, helping them build on their social skills, and supporting their personal, social and emotional development in their most formative years.

Following the Montessori Programme, you will support and encourage children to participate in the experiential learning process as much as possible where they learn by observing, replicating and repeating their experiences. A real passion for working with children and the desire and drive to make a difference to young children's lives and development is essential - knowing you are making a positive impact and shaping the future of our children makes this a very rewarding role.
