We are looking for reliable and hardworking Receptionist to join our team on a bank basis, supporting our service as and when required. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work and the opportunity to pick up shifts to suit their availability.
Hours:
Bank / zero-hours
Shifts offered as and when required, including weekdays and weekends
Key Duties
Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Manage enquiries, room bookings, and tenancy agreements.
Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mail distribution.
Process card payments for residents and staff.
Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
Welcome visitors, manage deliveries, and provide information on services and activities.
Record and oversee the receipt of residents' medication.

Reliable, caring and respectful
Able to work flexibly and at short notice when required
Good attention to detail
Good spoken English
Right to work in the UK and able to commute reliably
