Summary
·Processing supplier invoices in line with financial procedures
· Reconcile supplier statement and preparing monthly payment run
· Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
· Checking approving and process staff expense claims in compliance with company policies
· Posting invoices to customer invoicing platform
· Managing part of the debtor ledger, including chasing outstanding payments and issuing monthly customer statements
· Set up new customer account and liaising with Sales team to agree customer payment terms.
· Supporting Finance Manager with basic month-end processes such as posting journal entries, managing accruals and prepayment.
· Investigating and resolving discrepancies via the share finance mailbox
· Organizing finance file and maintain vendor database.
