Home Care Worker (Walker or Driver)

🕒 Zero-Hour Contract | Flexible shifts between 6am – 10pm (Mon–Sun)

💷 £125 Welcome Bonus | Weekly Pay

The Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will:

Provide personal care with dignity and respect

Support daily routines (meals, medication prompts, housekeeping)

Offer companionship and emotional support

Carry out regular wellbeing checks

Follow care plans, company policies, and procedures

Work collaboratively within a supportive care team

About You

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential

Kind, dependable, and positive approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible with working hours, including weekends

Willing to complete relevant background checks

If you are a driver, you must have your own vehicle and hold, or be willing to obtain, Class 1 Business Insurance
