Responsibilities

- Perform strip-out works, including the removal of computer floors using reciprocating saws.

- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

- CCDO Green Card (essential).

- Asbestos Awareness Certification (essential).

- Face Fit Certification (must be clean-shaven to comply with safety requirements).

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel toe caps and orange trousers.

- Previous experience in strip-out works is highly desirable.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Day-to-Day

- Arrive on-site promptly and prepared with the required PPE.

- Conduct strip-out tasks, focusing on the removal of computer floors.

- Operate tools such as reciprocating saws safely and effectively.
