As a Production Operative, you’ll be responsible for operating a range of state-of-the-art wide specialised machinery, producing high-quality products across a variety of materials.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Operative:

- Carry out routine machine cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

- Ensure machinery is operating efficiently and performing at peak levels.

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Prioritise workload to meet production deadlines.

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.

What you will need as Prouction Operative:

- Has excellent attention to detail.

- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Has a proactive, positive and can-do attitude.

- Works well independently and as part of a team.

- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Skills & Experience Needed:

- Experience within a production or manufacturing environment.

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong communication skills.

- Health & Safety awareness.

- Manual handling experience
