Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead a busy and reputable automotive business in Chingford. This is an excellent Fast Fit Centre Manager opportunity for a motivated automotive professional with proven management expertise to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive profitability within a fast-paced environment.

Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

- Managing daily operations of the Fast Fit branch, ensuring efficiency and workflow

- Leading and motivating team members to achieve and surpass sales targets as a Fast Fit Centre Manager

- Providing outstanding customer service to promote customer retention and satisfaction

- Overseeing stock security, financial controls, and compliance with company standards

- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company within the Chingford community

- Ensuring health and safety standards, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance are maintained

Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, ideally as an Autocentre Manager or equivalent

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams

- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

- Drive to succeed and meet sales and profit targets

- Experience managing a fast-paced automotive workshop or service environment
