Are you a dynamic leader passionate about making a real difference for children and families? Moray Council, working in partnership with Health and Social Care Moray, is seeking a Service Manager for Children and Families Localities to play a pivotal role in leading integrated, progressive, and responsive services across Moray.

As Service Manager, you will lead high-performing operational teams, championing collaboration not only within the Council but also with Health and Social Care Moray and a wide range of service partners. Your work will strengthen joint initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that children, families, and the wider community receive seamless, holistic support.

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies aligned to both local and national priorities, analysing data and trends to inform robust operational and improvement plans, and managing resources to deliver the highest standards of care and protection. Your leadership will keep staff engaged, supported, and able to access ongoing development opportunities, whilst ensuring services remain adaptive and forward-thinking.
