You will be interacting with a diverse range of people to build strong working relationships that make everything smoother and more efficient. Making a difference of course the big one is that you will be helping to ensure BCUHB maintains safe staffing levels for patients and reducing risks that could keep BCUHB from offering the lifesaving services it does, but it goes beyond that. You will be helping people with getting in to work, earning extra money to support their families, and getting paid correctly and on time for example, all things that can be life changing for people.
