Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services to the practice population Undertake a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions Prescribe safely and effectively in line with current guidelines and best practice Manage and monitor long-term conditions Review and action pathology results, clinical correspondence, and other patient-related documentation Participate in duty doctor rota as required Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records in line with practice and GMC standards Support safeguarding responsibilities for both children and vulnerable adults Contribute to quality improvement, audits, and practice development initiatives Engage in continued professional development and appraisal processes Attendance and engagement in clinical meetings What We Offer Up to 6 flexible clinical sessions per week A supportive team of five experienced GP partners A well-established GP Training Practice with opportunities to teach and supervise trainees Protected support for continuing professional development Opportunities to develop specialist clinical interests, particularly in Women's Health Active involvement in Medics PCN, offering wider multidisciplinary working and service development opportunities Regular clinical meetings and peer support Modern clinical systems and experienced administrative support Friendly, collaborative working environment with an emphasis on staff health and wellbeing
