Summary

Clinical Practice Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care using advanced clinical skills Manage complex and undifferentiated cardiology presentations Make evidence-based decisions using clinical judgement and multiple information sources Initiate and adjust treatments including medication, therapies, and lifestyle advice Work in partnership with patients, families, and carers to support decision-making Manage clinical risk and act within defined professional and organisational frameworks Work collaboratively across MDT and organisational boundaries Maintain high standards of documentation, infection control, and patient safety For further information please see attached job description
