Summary

What We Are Looking For: A qualified midwife with substantial experience in antenatal and postnatal inpatient care. A confident leader who can manage, motivate, and support a team within a busy maternity environment. Proven ability to provide expert clinical advice and ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. Experience in the day-to-day operational management of a clinical area, including staff supervision, prioritisation, and workload management. A proactive approach to the development of midwifery practice and continuous service improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, particularly in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
