About the role
We're looking for caring, proactive Support Workers to join our team in Peasedown St John, Bath.
You'll support six adults aged 20s-60s, each living in their own self-contained flat within a supported living service. Supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and behaviours of distress, you'll build meaningful one-to-one relationships and help people live independently, confidently and on their own terms.
The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities including walking, bowling, archery, plane spotting, dining out, music, singing, musicals and spending time with friends and family.
You'll support with:
- Personal care and daily living skills
- Medication administration and epilepsy support
- Meal preparation and SALT guidance
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
- Community activities and appointments
- Building confidence, independence and life skills
Typical shifts include:
- 7:00am - 3:00pm
- 3:00pm - 10:00pm
- 8:00am/10:00am - 6:30pm
- Sleep-ins: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
About you
You'll be a great fit if you're:

Experience is helpful but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
