Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Buchan Care Management Team as a Mental Health Officer / Care Manager. In addition to the role of Mental Health Officer, you will hold a small care management workload.

The post is for 29 hours and the work pattern can be discussed and negotiated.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
